”A LOT can happen in 12 weeks…

How many people can relate to this?

I was always tired, lethargic, grumpy and generally feeling pretty crap. I had a 3 year old daughter and another on the way and needed to stop the rut.

I wanted to be a dad that runs and plays with kids, keeping them active so I’d tried all sorts of diets and home workouts but it was too easy to “do it later”.

I found myself being religiously strict early in the week but by the end of the week?.. I was eating shite and thinking I’ll start again Monday.

I was also going through a really tough period at home, my father was ill, my father in law suffered a heart attack and needed surgery, my mother in law is being treated for breast cancer, I lost my job and had all kinds going on.

I was as bad mentally as I was physically. I decided to join Luke at Total Fitness Tribe, after an initial call with him I felt he totally understood what my issue was and genuinely wanted to help.

He provided all the dietary information and suggested meal plans and together with the workouts I saw results from the 1st week.

There are 2 pictures of me below, before I started 3 months ago and today.

The initial photo actually looks like I’m sticking my stomach out but I’m not. It was massively bloated from too much, beer, bread and other crap. I’ve modified my diet now and changed my lifestyle.

I feel great, I have loads of energy, my wife is always commenting too. TFT has become part of my life and routine, the exercise is always challenging but varied and fun.

The other members are all so nice and welcoming and there is a real sense of community here. When I’m finding it tough they have my back and push me on.

I feel I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for years, I have so much more energy and miss working out on days it’s not on.

This isn’t a super strict, stop everything kinda experience. It’s something that’s fun too! Since being in Total Fitness Tribe I’ve had nights out, weekends away and meals out with the family but with the guidance I’ve had I’ve learned how to deal with it, I make sure everything’s in moderation and balanced out.

Below are my measurements from when I started to today (3 months later). I think they speak for themselves”
